Hi Gary - most of the Operations Center documentation is delivered as online help within the interface itself, and we don't formally publish a PDF version. That said, you can generate PDFs that include whatever content you need. For example, you can find information about managing the 7.1.7 OC

Is the tsm operations center documentation available as a pdf? Been all over the web sites, but find nothing? I appreciate the help. Prefer v7.1.7 as that is my server level at present.

Hi Stefan, First, check if the SESSIONSECURITY value is, in fact, the issue. Normally downlevel client nodes should be set to TRANSITIONAL. You can query the node (format=detailed) to get the current SESSIONSECURITY value, to see if it is set to STRICT.I would not expect a down-level client node t
