indeed documented. However, I would prefer if there were a message in the
activity log saying that admin id was used.

I found something called solutions. But this is far less useful than Ask

I see the same thing with client 5.1.5.2 on Windows 2000 and server 5.1.1.6
on AIX. The strange thing is that it started a few days ago. It may have
started in conjunction with applying a few MS patches to Windows. But I'm
absolutely not sure.

with TSM 5.1 one has to define a path for each drive. Both, update drive and
update path have an online option. Is it sufficient to set a drive offline
in a single server environment?

thanks for the response. May I suggest to deliver the snap in with the
server software for other platforms as well? It seems it can be used to
manage all types of servers. So in my opinion there is no need to bind it to
the W2K server.
