Hi Sam, Most of your problems look like they are related. The DEDUP one very much looks like a known problem with FireFox, some of the 3.5.x versions, where it looses check boxes. If you go to the sessions tab, go to the advanced settings tab, and back to the sessions tab you will see that the

Hello Sam, Have you tried to use something much more simple and useful for TSM administration? For example, TSMExplorer from www.s-iberia.com. Spend a few minutes to downolad and install demo version, try and enjoy easy life. Look also for TSMManager, if you do not like TSMExplorer. Grigori
