I am looking to find out what data is stored on my TSM servers for a
node which is defined as a server. Specifically to find out why/what
data is being stored for each server to the other one to amount to
approx. 3.8TB and 4.2TB respectively which is causing me a bit of a
headache as I am

Which version of TDP for Oracle are you using in AIX, Linux and Windows?
I know exactly not all TDP versions are writing into activity log.
Maybe your problem is coming from hire. Just upgrade TDP to 5.5.2 and check

You are right, TDP for Oracle 5.5.2 is not available for download and I do not
know why. I have got 5.5.2 on CD set from IBM.
I am not sure 100%, but I think only this version will show encryption in
activity log:
