[.net library] RetryCount not supported in ReportUtilities.GetClientReport?

Hello! I noticed that my oauth2 token was not being automatically refreshed when using ReportUtilities.GetClientReport (i.e. RetryCount is not being respected). A quick inspection of the source confirms this behavior. Is this by design? Or should I submit a fix? Or am I missing something?
