My question is specifically about API. How can we retrieve the location criterion ids using API which are available in Google ads UI ? Can you please share the email id, and I would happy to send the email, and will share my learning back on this forum as well for the benefit of other API

In the locationCriterionService, status for a location is PHASING_OUT, OBSOLETE and ACTIVE. I understand going forward we can't use obsolete location. But what happens if already created used location in the past which became obsolete. Will campaign stop serving ? -- --
