Ads API Token Application. It has been over a month since we received the
initial reply from the API team, and we haven't heard anything since. Our

Kindly note that the user list sizes are showing as zero because, for privacy
reasons the list size is displayed as zero until it has at least 1,000 members.
Once it reaches this threshold, the size is rounded to the two most
those ID's.
Could the Google Ads API also help with that process? Meaning I can
integrate it through there (e.g. send the GCLID data to the API which then
uploads it for me)

We applied for Basic Access twice with first application already more than
a month ago.
We also used the 'Contact Google Ads API Compliance' with 'I'm waiting to
hear back about my API application! Help!' as issue.
