Can someone point me in the right direction on how to retrieve the keyword that triggered the click for call only and call extensions? I have seen other posts including this one: https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/adwords-api/1sS-Ks5q9zE which is exactly what I'm trying to accomplish.
