Connecting to another MCC account from our MCC

Can you point me in the right direction as to how to connect to another MCC account from our API MCC account? Let's say a person connects to us as an agency with 50 clients. If he wants us to work with one of his 50, what is the process for us to get authentication in? Thank you. -- --
