Example job ids that are stuck:
Batch job ID 948462438 has status AWAITING_FILE
Batch job ID 947941139 has status AWAITING_FILE

the same issue started today for us as well. Example bulk job id
is: 947699288 this one of 74 failures we´ve had this morning.
