Re: 400 Bad Request

2018-03-02 Thread 'Milind Sankeshware (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Subin,

The "invalid_grant" error usually indicates that the access or refresh
token being passed in your request is incorrect or invalid.

To verify that your credentials are correct, you could also try the CURL
request provided below and see if you are able to generate the access
tokens? If the credentials are correct, you should get an access token for
the below request.
curl https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v4/token \
-d refresh_token=your-refresh_token \
-d client_id=your-client-id \
-d client_secret=your-client-secret \
-d grant_type=refresh_token

If your credentials are incorrect and still facing an issues then could you
generate a new refresh token with the help of this guide

 and
retry your request? Let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks,
Milind, AdWords API Team.

Hi Tim,

You are missing the reportName and dateRangeType in your request. Kindly
see this sample report definition

 so
you can emulate on your end.

If the issue still persists after doing the suggestion, kindly provide your
latest report definition so I can check.

Thanks,
Vincent

2011-12-22 Thread Eric Koleda
Hi Sunil,

You shouldn't be using existing report definition IDs when downloading
ad-hoc reports. Instead, create the entire report definition from scratch.
More details about the error can be found in the response body.

Best,
- Eric Koleda, AdWords API Team

AdWords API Re: 400 Bad Request when soap-requesting

2009-04-15 Thread Laurent

Thanks Jeff,

I had a look and saw what was going on, if it can be useful for other
developpers : requests were sent with 0.9 HTTP version instead of 1.0
or 1.1.
I didn't know such that option was existing in the soft :)

AdWords API Re: 400 Bad Request when soap-requesting

2009-04-13 Thread AdWords API Advisor

Hello Laurent,

A 400 Bad Request HTTP response indicates that your client code is
sending a malformed HTTP request. This would usually be something with
the HTTP headers or the way the HTTP request body is encoded, and not
something specific with the SOAP XML in your HTTP request body.

As for a resolution, it's extremely difficult to say what might be
causing your code to send a bad HTTP request. I'd recommend taking a
look at whether anything on your side of things has recently changed,
such as updated libraries or other software components.

Cheers,
-Jeff Posnick, AdWords API Team
