Have you talked to Donny Smith at Fibersmith? We use his fibersmith GIS mapping software for our fiber documentation. I know he keeps several engineers/mapping people on staff for consulting work. Not sure if they know Vetro
Yes, among lots of other reasons, like efficient plant splice and planning etc.
