Paul, the 2.4GHz experience with these antennas is horrible. When I say
horrible, I mean horrible. 5GHz works fine for the most part.

It might just need a reboot.
So I just tried to upgrade some FSK SM's, I wasn't sure on the upgrade
path and I was upgrading some 10.3.2 and 10.5 SM's so I decided to go
to 12.1 then to 13.2/3 and I though that would be safe, maybe I should
have gone to 11.2 then 12.1 then 13.2...
Anyway I
I would like to try.

Well if you are going to throw them off a tower, throw one my way. I would
like to take it apart and see what the problem is. Perhaps I can suggest a
fix.

we built ours on webmin. I like webmin. If you have clients with DNS, you
can use views to let them manage their own.
I would guess if you did enough DNS to become intimate with the CLI, it
would be much better, but if you do very little, like us, then webmin is
easy. We ended up doing webmin for

Maybe I can sell my used Trango shield kits after all. The ones with the blue
RF absorbers on each side that look like seat cushions and the metal over the
back. Amazingly after 10 years on a tower they look like new.
I would think the key to just using metal shields is to make sure they act
I have the 2.4GHz sector with the radio enclosure. I was planning on shielding
the back, problem is getting to the enclosure after shielding it. I haven’t
quite come up with a proper work around for that yet.
I’ll probably just build my shield for it and then keep a few spares on the
ground
I recently bumped into something called ISPConfig. It provides a web gui for
Bind and a number of other services. It's not half bad.
I dont know about anybody else, but i find load on the primary zone server
tends to be light, and the heavy usage is on the recursive lookup servers. So
