Actually, since the article says they fry it up, I’m imagining it would be thin, light and crispy, maybe even pleasantly greasy. Sounds yummy. And if they can powder it, anything could taste like bacon. Now they need seaweed that tastes like cheese. So we could have vegan bacon cheese fries.
