If you can get the VPI/VCI information try a Huawei HG610. Operates as a true bridge. It'll do ADSL2+ or VDSL2 with pretty much any DSLAM. It's a cheap DSL modem, the only thing that might fail in it is a capacitor (if you're super paranoid replace the cheap capacitors before deploying it).
