They are in a private /24 All the other dragonwave radios at this site and all the APs, switches, UPSs etc respond just fine. It's just these 3 links that are horizon compacts that only respond when you are directly connected and in that subnet. -Sean On Monday, November 30, 2015, Kerry

I have a couple 23ghz horizon compacts on one subnet of our network and they show the same symptom that you describe. Dragonwave support told me it's something with my router or subnet (even though everything else works and responds just fine) I finally gave up and I have a computer I can remote

I'm currently dealing with a Dragonwave backhaul giving me grief. Every other device on the tower works great save for the one backhaul which is unreachable unless you're on the same subnet. APs and CPEs on the tower can ping it, the router at the tower can ping it, and I can ping everything
