Its not your Geo, its their strict limit on count behind NAT

I just sent them an email, they had it cleared up in like 2 hours

Subject: AS Out of region Errors - Disney+ streaming service

Good afternoon,

We are beginning to field calls from customers complaining of out of region
errors when attempting to access your streaming service.

We are AS netblock

It appears the primary complaints are emanating from our NAT customers.

Our NAT ranges are X.X.X.X/X and Y.Y.Y.Y/Y

What is the required process to get our ASN/netblock whitelisted with your
service?

Thank you,

Thanks Mike,

Geo location of the IP is correct so I don’t think that is the cause.

I got bumped off the list and just re-subscribed a few days ago so if you
already discussed this I apologize.

Has anyone had issues with Customers losing access to Disney plus? I am being
told from the customers that the IP address is being blocked.

This is happening on a network that is still NAT with a single IP address. It’s
already on the list to fix early next year.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and if there is a fix?
One customer was told it could be a couple weeks another that there was
nothing Disney could do.

Thanks,

Brandon
