Ebay is dumping paypal as their primary, so I think paypal will be pimping
to all the vendors. I prefer paypal, easy to choose what account Im using,
I can change banks and not have to deal with anything with vendors form of
payment

plus the chinese have a one stop shop to steal all my riches

Yep and the little sucker wanted 240... Go tell, why don't these things
do what I was thinking instead of what I accidentally ordered...

So I ordered two of the meanwell DRP-48-24's from two different
vendors... Hooked both of them up to AC. They _Both_ sit there and
pulse the DC out light and only output 20V unloaded and about 16 loaded
with the output looking like it's switching on and off. So I am
telling myself the odds are long that I got two bad ones and it's
probably something I'm not doing right. Not enough load? Need a
battery in the load? Anyone have any help here or is really two of

meter into a routerboard.. only about 4 watts on the output...

Thanks, I'll check that, it sounds like that could be the problem.

I haven't used that model, but I did have a meanwell power supply once
with a jumper to select 240v vs 120v, and it came as 240v by default.
When set to the wrong input voltage, it did turn on, but put out the
wrong DC voltage and an internal breaker would trip at the drop of a
