Hi all,
Some of my OpenCog/ SingularityNET colleagues and I are going to start
doing biweekly 90-min discussion sessions via video-chat, focused on
topics related to OpenCog Hyperon...
First one will be April 30, early AM US Pacific time; see
https://wiki.opencog.org/w/AGI_Discussion_Forum

going to look for a bathroom and instead finding a few
Looking at those papers they think AGI is just general AI stuff hahah

conference-organizers are using "AGI" as a buzzword to pull in naive
academics from third-rate universities, largely in the developing
world. I guess this indicates some sort of sociological advancement
for the term "AGI"? ;p
On Fri,
Regarding the Tokyo event, I note the papers listed at the bottom of
https://waset.org/artificial-general-intelligence-conference-in-june-2021-in-tokyo
have nothing to do with AGI as a topic, really...

That Tokyo event is a different conference...
AGI-21 will be mid-October (likely Oct 15-18), combined F2F/virtual
formats, with the F2F format in the SF Bay area
