These aren't actual report errors but two things:

 4st submitted a Cantus Cygneus:

There was a judgement that confirmed it was a Cantus Cygneus judged here:

But I don't think the registrar ever deregistered em, so that needs to be done?

Second, I think Pilgore has been ratified out of the game.  He registered here:

And this registrar's report list em in the history, birthdays and
addresses section but left em out of the actual player list section,
and I think that has ratified:

No one *has* to do anything about that (no formal requirements) but
maybe e should be ratified back in...
