Alexis doesn't just come in and take this one. E's already Referee, and the
rest of us have to have some fun. I'd really like to have something to

I'm aware, but as I've been a slacker for a whole month now, no
announcement of intent is neccessary in this case.

Bear in mind that deputisation requires intent, unless the office is
empty or the action is more than fourteen days overdue.

Thanks, that's a relief! No, calling an election is not neccessary, we
can use deputisation instead. I'll neglect to mention the state of the

Because I haven't performed this duty for over a month now, you'll then
be able to assume the Promotor office via deputisation (e.g. "I
deputise for the Promotor to publish the following Promotor report: The
Proposal Pool is currently empty.")
