Dear All,
I am using JAWS 18 original on a Dell 13 Inspiron 5378 laptop with
Windows 10 original. The computer works perfectly well with NVDA, but
is very frequently a little slow with JAWS. Not that I get a delayed
response from the keyboard or anything, but it feels somewhat like
being on power saver mode whenever the problem does surface. I have
reinstalled JAWS but with no luck. What may be happening? Can anyone
please help?

Hi Stars,

Few days back we discussed the same, if you are using April version of
jaws. just remove it and install older version. your problem get
solved. I don't no what is the problem with April version but I could
say even I faced with same problem.

see if you could get the July version of jaws, may be they fixed.

I think its a problem with the ram of your system.
because every software will work on a ram.
so either delete your temp files and boost up the speed of your system
or just clean the ram and see.
