Yes, that is a KCM - however as it forms part of the overall Linux desktop

Just a brief update that our Gitlab instance has been updated to the latest
patch revision this evening. There are no notable changes to it's
functionality or bugfixes for us.
I have also repacked all of the pool repositories this afternoon as part of
regular maintenance on Gitlab. This
