This is correct. Different modern editions of the KJV differ from older
editions of the KJV with regard to this. I'm using an older edition that has it
as a single character in most, but not all, places.

Ironic. I am not familiar with one style to rule them all CSS solution and I

Testing in major browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Opera) I could reproduce this only
