Been a while since i’ve used Total Recorder but I reckon that this App would most likely handle your job. They way I see it all working is for you to set the source of Total Recorder to “What You Hear”. Then set your microphone in such a way that you can hear that through your speakers though

I'm running win 10, V. 1809. I want to record my screen reader and microphone together into Goldwave. I have a RealTech sound card. I'm trying to figure out Virtual Audio Cable without much success. I think I need more handholding. I've tried to follow instructions for an older version
