Dane, I'm not sure I am following this. Are you saying there is an app for the Apple TV that would let it receive over-the-air TV from this tuner? Best regards, Steve -Original Message- From: all-audio@groups.io On Behalf Of Dane Trethowan Sent: Wednesday, December 26, 2018 8:54 AM

Cool dude. Yeah I've heard the same for the Haupauge tuners. Though I don't know if that's true anymore but people said that software was trash. On 12/26/2018 9:54 AM, Dane Trethowan wrote: Plex isn’t the only package out there either so I suggest that if you’re going to get one of these

Plex isn’t the only package out there either so I suggest that if you’re going to get one of these tuners that you do a bit of reading, read reviews on the tuner and associated software. The tuner is a very good tuner indeed however the software the tuner comes with - at present - is shocking

Verry cool. I'm more tempted now I see it worked so well with Plex. But first i need an XPS 8930 tower. I've always wanted an XPS. Those PCs are cool. On 12/26/2018 9:40 AM, Dane Trethowan wrote: Very much so and I now have something which is incredibly powerful and can be accessed not only

Wel cool my friend. Sounds like with this tuner and Plex you've kinda solved the problem of Windows Media Center being gone. On 12/26/2018 12:43 AM, Dane Trethowan wrote: Hi everyone, As other list members may remember I bought a Silicondust TV Tuner a little while ago but have only now found

Yes it could work very well but even if you do have a real Television it could work even better. Imagine being able to make 4 recordings at once using the Tuner and then stream them back to your Smart Television at a later time? All sounds mighty fine to me. -Original Message- From:

This sounds like something that could work very well  for a totally blind over-the-air or cable TV-watcher who doesn't want or need a real television. On 12/26/2018 12:43 AM, Dane Trethowan wrote: Hi everyone, As other list members may remember I bought a Silicondust TV Tuner a little while
