I removed this initialization, because code was not compilable by default.
Hi,
after recompiling a kernel on my laptop, my RME HDSP configuration is
broken. Does anybody have a working setup with the RME PCMCIA card and
would be willing to share some information about the process of
initialization off list?

Hi,
I was trying to get my M-Audio Sonica to work under Alsa. It's a nifty
little single channel out 24/96 USB audio device. Here's the product

I'm running the CVS version of Alsa from last night (12 hours ago).

Hi, I'm running woody w/ pcmcia-cs_3.1.33-6 and my own custom build, but
unpatched kernel 2.4.18, and a recent ALSA CVS checkout. I haven't
tried my brand spanking new hdsp very much (been working), but it seems
to load up nicely. I'll try to compile up 2.4.19 tonight to see if that
breaks anyth

well, pcmci-cs may be at fault, but this is still a bug in the
driver. it shouldn't segfault. i guess i've assumed that certain
things are always true and that this is broken

I have a somewhat working pcmcia hdsp configuration.
I would be very interested in removing the somewhat from the previous
statement... and can certainly provide any details from my configuration
that may be of assistance.
I'm using the planet ccrma packages, which means
