I'm setting up a new Amanda server this weekend, and it's
a failry large jump foward in versions, so forgive me a few
dumb questions.
How do I specify to chg-disk, where I want the virtual
tapes? I;ve created a 1.2T partion just for this in /vtapes
so how do I specify this to chg-disk?
I;ve never
Not sure why this didn't make the list last week?
A gaff on my part?

I have following line in :

space left on device
But I don’t receive any mail notification about tape
changer.
I do able to receive mail for all other Amanda activity.

My 2 choices would be either XFS or ext3. XFS tends to do very well with
large files.
