Is there anyway to push a dfump to the amanda server from the client?
I'm starting to use ZWC on a bunch of windows laptops and some users
are asking it they can schedule a backup on demand or when they're in
the office, lots of road warriors here. I'm fairly certain the answer
is not possible but

one solution for this kind of scenario is http://backuppc.sourceforge.net
Use it and make backups of BackupPC storage to amanda.

There is a 'amdump_client' command that can be run on an amanda linux
client.
I'm not sure it can be run on window.

I never noticed that command before, but I'll have to play around with
it. There's no equivalent ZWC command, at least that's
packaged/installed, from that I can see. Adding such a feature to ZWC
would be super valuable in my environment, i.e lots of road warriors.

when searching the wiki other than mentions in release notes and the
man page isn't proving very helpful.
