Jan, The IC has an internal oscillator at 16MHz or 20MHz. I believe the UNO WiFi Rev2 uses this processor. I was looking for an inexpensive commercially built ATmega based board with 3+ serial ports that was physically smaller than the Mega2560. The ATmega4809 has some interesting additional perip
