Hi,
I just had an email from Google Play support and I can't issue 0.9 as it
needs the original authors signing key.
I am (with the approval of AMSAT) going to move it to AmsatDroid 1.0 as
a fund raising app.

Pavel,
Field Day is June 22-33 this year. See: http://www.arrl.org/field-day
I know one year I heard some voice activity during FD. If there is no voice
activity, then perhaps we can use it to make a packet contact.
The Motorola Solutions Amateur Radio club will be operating K9MOT from EN52.
In preparation for WRC-15 the IARU has announced its position on Resolution 757

Hello BB's
I have a question for any of the fine satellite operators of New Zealand
and Australia. Does any one in those areas monitor AO7 as it enters
into the Eclipse as it nears the coast of Antarctica?
The pass that is flying over right now has an eclipse period duration of
9:40. I was
Les,
I have never seen or heard of this problem, so I am shooting in the dark and
have no idea WHY this
happened. However, have you tried to assign some satellites to your group? Go

Les,
Quick thoughts--
If the name of the satellite is different between the Keps file and
Doppler.SQF, you're going to have troubles (AmsatNames.txt file helps with
that, but adds a layer or potentional problems, too). They have to
match...UNLESS you use AmsatNames.txt (read about it. It's

There is no provision or equipment for the job on board.
There is a FM repeater in U/V mode, but last time on for it back a years
from now (2008?)
That time I read in some place of the internet that the FM repeater was
a power hungry device onboard, and that's why it was turned off...

Yes,
there is (potentially). It requires thinking outside of the box and
involving ISS partners outside of NA.
Jaxa has the exposed facility (Terrace) outside of the Kibo module for all
kinds of experiments. A fantastic opportunity to maybe, and again I say
maybe work with our Japanese friends
Bit of a shame that the people in charge at NASA decide its worth flying an
accoustic guitar to the ISS so some astronaut can have his 5 minutes of fame,
but dont spend $ 2000 on a tiny FM repeater which 10.000+ hams worldwide would
enjoy in many years to come, let alone the educational impact.
