I'm not sure if you can watch this program on BBC's iPlayer outside of the UK,
but this 30 min program this morning had it all. If not, look for it on
youtube (soon, I'm sure):

Hi!
I will be on AO7 at 0814 UTC, followed by other passes before going to the
Hamvention. Hope to hear European stations on that pass.

I was just on the 15:18 - 15:28 UTC pass of Lituanicasat since the FM
repeater is turned on this weekend. I only heard one station try to get
back to me but they clipped out.
I found I need to speak softly and I hold the HT much farther from my mouth
to get into the bird without clipping out.
What frequencies are you using for up and down links?
I have listened for this bird several times using the published frequencies and
as yet haven't heard anything form it???

On the 16:54 utc pass of LithuanicaSAT I heard myself in the downlink
in the first third of the pass. I did not hear anyone else in the
bird and I was not able to get into the bird for the last 2/3 of the pass.
I heard myself on approximately 435.1805 and my uplink was 145.950.

Birders,
I’m confused about the required entries into DOPPLER.SQF, and would appreciate
your help.
In entering the line required for AO-73, is the order LSB,USB or the reverse,
USB, LSB? The source of my confusion is that the instructions in the software
indicate “Up- and Downlink modes” while
Hello Tony,
This is what I have in my DOPPLER.SQF file:
FUNCUBE-1 (AO-73),145936.58,0,USB,USB,NOR,0,0,TLM
FUNCUBE-1 (AO-73),145958.3,435147.78,USB,LSB,REV,0,0,SSB transponder
The first frequency is the downlink and should be USB. The second
frequency is the uplink and should be LSB.
73,
Anthony,
Here is a copy and paste from the manual.
· The name of the satellite
·The receive- and transmit frequencies in kHz
·The Up- and Downlink modes
·The frequency trend of the satellite (normal or reverse)
·The converter and transverter offset
Thanks Eric and Dave,
The file is done. CU on the birds.

Hi all,
I just realized that this sat has FM capabilities.
When logging satellite QSOs, and uploading to LoTW, it requires the sat
designation.
The old birds were AO-51, AO-27, HO-68, etc. What is the designation for
logging this satellite?
Thanks all 73!

FYI, with AO-73 you are going to need to keep adjusting manually also.

This satellite does not yet have an OSCAR number (such as AO-73.) I am
quite sure no one at the ARRL has seen fit to have it added by another name
for LOTW purposes. When AO-73 was designated, I opened a help desk ticket
and several days went by before we could confirm QSO'S via LOTW.

I tried the satellite four times today, the 17th, and wish I had used my cheap
Chinese radio that has narrowband FM transmitter capabilities. From what I
understand the the satellite losing the signal due to over deviation makes a
lot of sense. Was able to trigger the ID on all the passes I
