Yes we decided that a long time ago and it sucks...
By example, when we change code in aMSN and it affects plugin, we
just have to grep on all plugins in CVS and modify everything at the
same time (we did that a lot of time), but if the plugin is not on
CVS...the plugin lost compatibility.

One thing we can observe is that ISF format needs less space to represent the
