be determined by the skin, so we should move the ones from
'skins/def
Ok, so i named them incorrect. The question remains the same:
What benefit do we have to put it under skins?

Where do the program icons belong? They used to be/are in icons, but now
they are also under skins/default/desktop-icons/. I think we should
choose one, and remove the other l
