E17 is just awesome. But a bit hard to configure because of "binary

Yeah, true, they use binary files for configuration, background images are
in edje format (E17 file format, allows them to be animated, interactive
(like the background changes depending on your mouse position), etc..) so
you must configure them with some tools.. I think any configuration is
