Hi, You can view the Detailed log in jack-8072.log . Pls. search "the last" SEVERE log in your file. In my experience, there are some env. issues, such as: -1. File access NG under /tmp folder -2. Server connection error -3. Or ... Cheers. Anushree Ganjam於 2016年9月16日星期五
