Duo is a winner for us, and the judging process a loser. I too, had just a single server hit and I am 95% sure the (single) judge didn't bother to explore the menus leading to most of the functionality. Brutally, the strategy should have been to go for a slick UI experience, nice icons, something

Thanks to everyone for your support, and I'm happy some of you enjoyed reading the postmortem. After we released the video last week, the response we received was so positive that we were very hopeful. We only posted the video in this forum and it trickled out to all sorts of interesting places.
