Quite surprised that Duo didn't win too...
May be there was a problem with Duo's presentation to judges?

Really awesome demo. The hardwork shows. I think either the app
crashed or something during the demo or it was too complicated for the
judge to try out all the features on their own.
Keep up the hardwork and do market this thing.
Cheers,
Shooter.

Surprise to me too.
Maybe a crash at the start of your app, that's the thing I can only
imagine of at this time.
Like I said in response to your debut announcement, I am still
interested in joining your team for future adventure.

OMG!!! Duo didn't win
it's unbelievable!!! Duo is the best I've seen so far...
so unless the top 100, top 50 are far exceeding what Duo does... which is
quite frankly, impossible...
we'll see on monday who are the winners... so sad...

Great stuff Michael!
NCAA coach Bobby Knight said "Many have the will to win, few have the

and I am sure it'll be a success in the long run... good luck!

Thanks to everyone for your support, and I'm happy some of you enjoyed
reading the postmortem. After we released the video last week, the
response we received was so positive that we were very hopeful. We
only posted the video in this forum and it trickled out to all sorts
of interesting places.
It is hard to believe such a good application failed...
You are still the winner in my heart!

Posts seem to get lost:
How do you know your app made it into the top 100? I can't find
anything about it. Please respond and help my angst ... Thanks ...

Hands down the best demo I have seen. This would be the second (mine,
weruat.com being the first) application I am planning on putting on my
phone (when they come out).

How do you know whether an app made it into the top 100? I didn't see
any information on that. Could have missed it, I suppose. Please let
me know.

Hi Michael,
Ditto on my many thanks for your postmortem analysis. It takes spirit,

After reviewing some of the winners & losers, I'm also surprised at

Actually I'm interested to know what a criterion of judging for

And like Duo, I hope more to succeed in the business world.

Wow Michael, thanks for the detailed report. I wish you luck with
future development.
I have say though that I'm really surprised Duo didn't win. I think
the general consensus was that this was one of the most complete and
polished applications submitted to the challenge (that we knew of).

built on Amazon's scalable EC2 service. This strategy was very
successful. We
