I recently formated my PC and I have installed Android Studio 2.3.3 with
the sdk as well. At install time, I checked an option for *Emulator*. I did
all that and there is a directory in my sdk called emulator but when I want
to run an app, Android studio does not give an option for Emulator.
I am having trouble connecting to running Android Emulators. Emulators do
not connect and appear in the adb devices server list.

I want to test my app on an emulator that does NOT have any soft keyboard.

Try Installing Android-x86 in a virtual machine. This is much faster and
works if you don't use any machine specific native code (NDK, JNI). Their
Froyo port is not yet 100% complete, but the Android 1.6 release is very
stable.

When I start the Android emulator it takes around 2-3 minutes and its
sluggish when its ready. However, the iPhone emulator in Mac OS takes
around 10 seconds at most and its very smooth when
I only use the emulator for 1.6 QVGA devices, but it starts pretty fast, on
the order of tens of seconds.

Can anyone tell me how can I develop an application witch is using the
newest 4G technology ( LTE ) ? I living in Hungary were still not available,
maybe some year :) but I really would like to write an program witch using
LTE to send and receive dates.

account details?
I would like to test a new app called chrometophone which uses 2.2's
new C2DM api. This seems to require being able to add google account
details.

Settings Accounts Sync Add Account
Note that this only works in the Google APIs add-on, and only in 2.2.
