Users should be able to go back and redo their mark setting for an app as
well.
This is already happening, since 1.5 at least. The score and comment
can be updated at any time by a user.
You can also respond to user comments by adding a comment of your own.
Just download and install your app

Yes you can. Menu - Clear my review. Wipes your comment and rating. This is
on 1.6, don't remember if I saw this or not previously.
