Я гражданин Туркменистана, и недавно зарегистрировался на гугл плей 
консоль. За регистрацию заплатил 25 долларов из российкой карты и указал 
адрес российский. Но чтобы опубликовать приложении я должен подтвердить 
личность, но у меня нет ни водительское удостоверение, ни ВНЖ, ни паспорт 
гражданина РФ, по сколько я являюсь гражданином Туркменистана. Как дальше 
действовать?
