*JOB DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
The successful Worker has excellent technical, analytical, and project
management skills, as well as strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills. The Worker's responsibilities include directing and
leading activities in improving the current IT infrastructure, optimizing
business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating
information applications and programs. The Worker is also responsible for
cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and
enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations,
initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the
organization's business and technology activities. The Worker may supervise
a team of high performing technologists and report to the DFPS Chief
Technology Officer.
The mission of DFPS is to protect children, the elderly, and people with
disabilities from abuse, neglect, and exploitation by involving clients,
families, and communities.

*Work may involve the following:*
·Directs and evaluates internal functions, business development
strategies, and technical processes and recommends improvements.
·Creates business architecture models to reflect the organization's
strategies and goals and creates and implements business visions and goals.
·Hand-on development of prototypes and proof of concepts.
·Evaluates systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting
models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
·Makes recommendations for cost reductions in technology and
business strategies and makes presentations to leadership.
·Provides guidance and leadership in business architecture and
systems processing.
·Ensures the efficiency, security, and support of the
organization's technology and business goals.
·Creates methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage,
metadata management, and change control.
·Determines and implements build versus buy strategies and views in
alignment with overall business strategy.
·Plans, organizes and participates in training to improve
employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
·Conducts research in talent management technology strategies to
improve the organization's business operations.
·Provides analysis and consultation to agency leadership on key
technology issues affecting the agency and researches emerging trends,
ideas and evaluates new technologies for implementation.
·Participates in planning, policy development, budget discussions,
and problem resolution efforts to support and maintain the IT information
technology environments and develops processes to improve business
efficiency.
·Manages and provides guidance and professional development for
Enterprise Architecture staff. Provides direct reports with work
assignments, supervisory direction and information on responsibilities and
work performance standards. Develops work performance plans and conducts
performance evaluations at least annually.

15 Years Required Experience in technical or enterprise architectural

*Job Description:*



*Must-Have skills:-*

*Look for the profiles who started career as BW developer - BW Sr.
developer - BW lead - BW architect (about 10+ years of experience)*

*Good functional knowledge in Planning (SAP IBP), SCM (modules like SD, MM,
IM, EWM, PP, QM etc.)*

*Should know the specific reports and KPI built in the above functional
areas (e.g. On-hand inventory report, Forecast accuracy report, Order
fulfilment report etc.)*

*Should have at least 1 implementation experience from end-to-end
perspective*

*Look consultants with consulting company experience. *



Industry / Functional: Industry Focus: Manufacturing, CPG:

Experience and familiarity with SAP areas - Sales,
Finance/Controlling/Accounting and reporting KPIs associated with the same
Ability work with business users to understand the requirements, prepare
BRD, functional design and show the different solution options



• Must have experience in conducting business workshops as Business
Analyst and prepare functional and technical documents (FDD & TDD),
prototyping.

• Around 15+ years of experience in Data warehousing using SAP BW,
SAP BW/4 HANA, Native HANA

• Must have worked on SAP Activate implementation methodology and
agile sprint approach.

• Must have worked on minimum one end to end implementation
projects in SAP BW/4 HANA using SAP S/4 HANA as source system.

· Experience in ETL from SAP S/4 HANA, SAP FI/CO, non-SAP to SAP
BAd/HANA

• Must have hands on experience in ali areas of SAP B/4 HANA, which
includes Modelling, ETL/Data Provisioning & Reporting

• Extensive experience working in onsite/offshore delivery model,
Team handling capability for small-medium sized teams (5-10)



*Nice to have skills:-*

• Fair knowledge of SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and its
integration with various processes in ECC (Sales/Procurement/FI etc.)

• Extensive experience with ETL from $/4 HANA to BW/4HANA including
Standard extractor & CDS based extraction, must have worked on all areas of
SAP BW incl Modelling, Extraction, reporting, performance tuning

• Strong Data Warehousing concepts w.r.t SAP Bh, with extensive
hands-on involving design and development of all types of objects for data
modelling and

• Strong Database concepts w.r.t SAP HANA, with extensive hands-on
involving in design and development of all types of SQL and
non-SQL(graphical) based

• Good knowledge of security and authorization in SAP BH, SAP BO,
SAP HANA

• Excellent communication skill, stakeholder and escalation
management

• -should have extensive customer facing experience

• Hand-on experience of design/creation/maintenance of AFO workbooks

• *Exposure to Fiori for Pinance - analytical apps available &
extension use cases*

• Working knowledge of planning tools options for integration with
TPM, with hand-on on at least one option

• Exposure/Experience in SAC is an added advantage

• Certification in any of SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP BW on HANA, SAC, SAP
B0 will have added advantages.



*Educational Qualification :*



· Education: MBA, MSC, MTech, BE/B Tech/Masters in Computers, IT,
MSC Computer Science is preferred
