*Job Description:*

- Should possess 02- 03 years of Change management experience
- Manage projects which include new production equipment, process
improvements and cost reductions while supporting new product
introductions. Provide guidance to other engineers and technicians.
- Perform projects which include new production equipment installation
and qualification, process improvements, yield improvements, and cost
reductions while supporting daily production activities.
- Collect and analyze in process data to evaluate capability and
determine areas for process improvement.
- Drive process improvements and validations through manufacturing
implementation and update pFMEAs and master validation plan as required.
Author process validation protocols and reports. Including but not limited
to equipment IQ, process OQ, process PQ, and product PPQ.
- Provide direct technical support on production issues (e.g. part &
assembled product quality dispositions, interim containment actions, root
cause analysis, resolution planning, validation, & implementation) under
NCMR or CAPA. Provide guidance to other engineers and technicians.
- Coordinate the design, procurement, build and debug of tooling,
machinery and test equipment
- Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput through the
use of Lean manufacturing concepts like Value Stream mapping, 5S and Visual
Workplace.
- Work with cross-functional teams to transfer new products efficiently
and effectively into manufacturing.
- Work with various internal and external organizations to optimize
manufacturing processes or resolving technical issues w/ on-going products
or new products.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and QA to improve
productivity and reduce costs.
- Participate as a manufacturing lead and/or support a lead on
cross-functional core teams.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as
assigned.

*Individual should:*

- Be innovative, resourceful, and work with minimal direction
- Have excellent organization, problem solving, communication, and team
leadership skills
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams

*Preferred:*

- Medical device experience strongly preferred, International
manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of ISO and/or FDA quality
system regulations as it pertains to design transfer and process control
preferred.
- 4 + years’ experience in Manufacturing involving handling multiple
projects, strategically prioritize activities across functional teams
within Operations/Manufacturing
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Job Description:

· Experience as a Webmethods Developer with both MFT and JDBC
adapter experience

· AS2 transmission with partners.

· Working knowledge on JDBC adapters, SAP adapters.

· Hands on building BPM and TN integrations. Must have built
process models in deployed them till production.

· Hands on CAF. Must have built custom pages on CAF and deployed
then till production.

· Knowledge on Scrum methodology.

· Basic Fundamental understanding, logical reasoning, problem
solving approach.

· Excellent communication.

· Good Problem Solving approach Capability to explain use cases,
logical scenarios, error conditions, and ability to defend the technical
solution

· Hands-on with Webmethods Integration Server, Webmethods Broker,
Webmethods Trading Networks, My Webmethods Server, Webmethods CAF,
Webmethods Monitor, Webmethods Process Engine, Terracotta( Big Memory Max),
Webmethods Task Engine

· Solid experience with Software AG WebMethods 10.x

· experience with webMethod development, integration, and
administration

· experience with Java development

*Admin skills including:*

· Average level Linux admin skills

· Installation, Configuration, Fixes Installation

· Upgrade webMethods product suite using different methodologies

· Performance Tuning - JVM parameters

· Central Users Configuration - Native and LDAP. ACL/ Roles and
Groups Configuration

· SSL Implementation Using KeyStore, Trust stores and digital
certificates

· PGP encrytion / decryption

· FTP/SFTP/Email Port Setup.

· PGP encrytion / decryption

· Planned and Unplanned Outages.

· Experience with AWS deployments, webMethods deployer, Jenkins

*Development skills:*

· Knowledge and experience building RESTful and SOAP services in
webMethods

· API development (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

· Excellent knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, Store
procs, and webMethod JDBC adaptor

· Experience with message communication over HTTP/S,FTP/S, SFTP,
SMTP, Email Port and architectural styles like REST

· webMethods adapters experience including JDBC, OracleApps,
PeopleSoft, Adapter Notification, File polling Listener Notifications
Adapter templates

Duration: Long Term Contract*

*Responsibilities:*

· Primarily work as an Embedded Software Engineer/Developer,

· Should act as consultants and provide support to OEMs/ODMs and
internet service providers.

· main technical point of contact to customers and the technical
voice of the customers within the organization to meet the customers
technical milestones.

· Analyze and root cause customer reported issues.

· Support SW developers during all phases of SW development cycle
including project setup, project execution, go-to-market.

· Ensure release branch is balanced on daily basis for each device
and if needed, revert code immediately to unblock the release timely.

· Serve as critical member in productive deployment of new features
and fixes as the function ensures that these changes get deployed to the
field as per release deployment cycle.

· Assess and implement new tools that are vital to improve the
software release engineering process.

*Qualifications:*

· Strong software triage and debugging skills in an embedded
environment.

· C/C++ programming experience with an emphasis on embedded systems.

· Understanding of real time schedulers, multi-threaded programming
concurrency, spinlocks, semaphores and inter-process communications in a
Linux OS environment.

· Broad knowledge of release engineering: build, integration,
deployment and provisioning.

· Working Experience with source control tools such as Git and
Yocto build system is strongly recommended.

· Use specialized release processes to supervise and approve all
generic and device specific features + fixes coming to the release branch.

· Knowledge and experience with network protocols and stacks TCP,
UDP, SNMP, IPv6, IGMP, Gateway, VoIP protocols, DSL, PON

· Preferred knowledge in any of the Build/Release technologies such
as:

oSCM Tools: Git, Gerrit, SVN

oBuild tools: Jenkins

oScripting and languages: Python, C/C++, Shell Scripts

oJira or other defect tracking tools.

· Experience with the following is beneficial but not mandatory,

oDOCSIS 3.0/3.1/4.0 MAC and Physical layer

oTCP/IP, L2TP, Ethernet protocol basics

oRDK-B for broadband devices.
