Regarding scheduled proc failures, I've devised a workaround to keep
scheduled procs running in AOLServer/3.3.1+ad13
First, find a date-time in the past which launches scheduled procs
successfully when AOLServer is restarted. (Do this once. For me, anything
earlier than 2006-05-12 21:25 works.)

I don't think there is enough granularity there for someone just beginning
to learn the system, and it also does not

structure changed, I dropped it. But it could well form a useful starting

I looked in that tarball but not closely enough - though there are no files
named nscache* or ns_cache*, there is a directory named nscache, and the key
program file is named tclcache.c.
