Since it looks very complicated in AF environment, I would like to suggest
to stick with existing resources architecture and remove all of the CAR
based resources.
As a nice to have thing, we can automatically add the endpoint format and
remove all other resources type.

Currently in AF we have four kind of resources/runtime configs.
1.
Databases
2.
Data Sources
3.
APIs
4.
Registry Resources
But for ESB Apptype only Registry Resources will be valid. So in the UI we
need to show only registry resources for the application.
