well written krrish, yes u r right that himesh's albums sell more
that rahman and thats because auto and taxi drivers buy cassetes and
most of the youngsters buy MP3's or download these songs but to say
he is the NO.1 is too much. even maruti 800 sells more that
mercedes. that doesn't make
hi friends, i would like to share my experience of rahman with u. i
was never a music person, all my other family members are singers. i
remember in my childhood especially from 1990 to 1996 i didn't buy any
hindi film music cassetes. v only had old songs. i used to hear r d
burman a lot.
All the songs in swades, rang de basanti, roja, lagaan were
picturised well.

i think there are more similarities between brian lara and a r
rahman then rahman and sachin. becos sachin can b a bit predictable
these days but lara like rahman is very unpredictable and alwaya
delivers when it matters most like rahman.
lara is the best in his country without a doubt like

u say u r an arr fan and the first message u post
criticises him. what kind of a fan u r. what is the meaning of
complete composer? no one is 'complete'. but surely rahman is
someone who comes closest to being complete. regarding the symphony.

i agree that RBD's background score is the best in recent times
and one of the best of all times but personally i prefer swades's
background more. mayb bcos i connected better with that movie. and

RDB's reports were not good and they said that music was the weakest

rahman should stay away from bansali. b'cos bansali is a very
depressed man and he makes movies on depressing topics like
khamoshi, devdas and black. i dont care if they were masterpieces
but surely we dont want his negative energy to b passed on to

melody by ARR. what i like most about rahman is that is antra keeps on
going and going and takes the song to another level altogether which
