ATM remix was indeed done by A.R.Rahman. it was confirmed by the Director in few interviews. unless there is another story in ARR's studio... that i dunno...but the director did say the Remix was done by A.R.Rahman [ that ARR didint hesitate to do the Remix when he requested him to do so... he was
