Hi, Has anyone encountered any performance issues with BMC Analytics/Dashboard if it connects to an ARS Server 7.5 DB that has a large size? Is there a point when ARS Server 7.5 DB reaches a certain size that will cause slowness in generating reports using BMC Analytics/Dashboard? Thanks!

Except for DSL.. at one sub version it looks like they forgot to update it there, and when I called and asked why I do not see an update on that record, I heard some vague reasons. I'm not sure after that version if they restarted updating the DSL record in the Share properties.. I don't recall

No, but there's not much to it, IMAP is a standard mailbox protocol and supported by Exchange (I suppose so long as your administrators have enabled it). Basically, you just configure the Mailbox in Remedy (for incoming mail) to use IMAP as the protocol, enter the username and password for the
