I don't know if anyone have came across this issue.
Whenever I try to Create / View support group from Standard Configuration
tab or using 'CTM:Support Group' form system takes a lot of time.
But same is not true for other activities. For rest of the activities it
behaves normally.
I will be out of the office starting 06/28/2010 and will not return until

In theory it is unlimited. The relationship is stored on an association
table.
In reality an incident can not be related to itself, nor to another
incident more than once and so the limitation is the number of incidents
submitted less itself.

We are using Discovery 1.6, CMDB 2.1. We are finding multiple assets in
Topology with the same serial number, however each record has different
attributes. I thought when an asset is scanned, if the serial number matches,
the Discovery updates the unique serial number? So the
I'm pretty sure Topo Disco 1.6 uses a TokenID field as the unique
identifier during CMDB sync. You may want to start looking there. Most
likely, you will then have to clear and re-scan those duplicate CI's.
Then the Recon should take care of the merge if you haven't modified any
