I haven't seen this exactly, but in the past when we've had Caught Exception
errors, we deleted the person's record in the AR System User Preference form
and it cleared up. Hope this helps in some way...

We are just trying the new 7.6.3 client on our Citrix/Terminal Server box and

Hi Roy,
I got this error today and I resolved it changing the Mid-Tier password
under the Server Information Connection Setting Mid-Tier
Administrator Password and them went to the Mid-Tier configuration to
change the password there.
