Is the Login ID part of the email address for your organization? If so... you
could use the search on the customer email field without any modifications, to
serach for a customer by login ID. Just a thought.

That is what we do. We have a Workflow Logging group just for this
purpose. We set the option in the server config and leave it alone. All of
our Admins have this group as well as test users. When we need any other

I seem to have an issue using SSL with AREA and ARDBC. I went through all of
the steps with the certutil to create the appropriate certificate database.

After installing ITSM you need to install Data Management Tool (DMT) in your
PC/Notebook where Excel spreadsheets are stored.
Once DMT has been installed you will see some additional folders under
C:\Program Files\BMC Software\DataManagementClient\ (assuming you have selected

The repeating elements in XML mean 'multiple records'..so you cannot 'loop'
through the repeating elements in a single field.you can create multiple
records in a secondary form, then do something with the data after it's
created.but you can't loop through the elements and put some of them
